If you can last 3-5 days (usually 3), yo...3-5 days. If you can last 3-5 days (usually 3), you'll get over that sugar craving and then it's all downhill. But those days are killers. Whenever I go cold turkey on the carbs/sugar, I get irritable and shaky. Not fun. It's like an addict coming off drugs. Seriously.<BR/><BR/>I'm thinking of you. Since I've been running more I know I'm eating way more carbs than I used to (evidenced by the small bagle I just ate for breakfast). I'm a carb-aholic too.
