Procrastination
Loved this cartoon... And so appropriate at the moment.
I just finished edits on Facing The Fire, Book One in the Phoenix Rising Series, and sent them off to my agent. Now, it's back to Book Two, which I'm still having trouble naming. But I'm having a hard time finding the enthusiasm for starting up again. Hence, the procrastination. I'm really, really good at it. Wish I was as good at writing as I am at procrastination.
Another reason I'm dragging my feet is because I'm at the point in the story where I need to transition. Those are so difficult for me for some reason. Beginnings--great. Middles--fine. Endings--tough, but I'll deal. Transitions--just hang me by my toes instead. The only thing tougher than transitions for me: suckopses (plural of suckopsis), which I fear may be in my near future.
Gee...I think I need to finish fixing up the blog and start the website redesign....hmmmm.....

I know what you mean Joan... If there is one thing that I am very good at it's procrastination! Good luck with that. I have no answers for you other than to get your butt in the chair and write!!! There did that help? :) Happy writing my friend.
